Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

Short, because I would rather you read it than skim it. This is what you agree to when you book.

Moving a reading

Tell me 24 hours ahead and we will move it, no charge. Inside 24 hours, the reading counts as taken. That is not a punishment. It is an hour I held for you that nobody else could book.

Not showing up

Fifteen minutes in with no word from you, the reading is done and the payment stands. Ten minutes for the shorter one. If something happened, message me. I am a person, not a policy.

Running late

We finish when we were going to finish. Late is your time, not mine.

Refunds

Before we meet: yes, minus the processor's fee, any time up to 24 hours before. After we meet: no. A reading buys the hour and my full attention in it. What comes up is yours, and I do not promise outcomes, so I cannot refund one.

If I cancel

Full refund or a new time, your choice, and I will add fifteen minutes to the rebooked one.

Packages

Twelve months from purchase to use all five readings. Not transferable. Refundable in full before the first reading, not after.

Workshops

Not refundable. Transferable to anyone you like, just tell me the name. If I cancel, full refund.

The Aligned Way

Full payment, or a plan we agree before week one. Not refundable once the season starts. Twelve weeks is a boundary we set together when we begin, and I hold it for both of us. You can move up to three sessions across the season, with 24 hours' notice each time. If I think it is too soon for you, I will say so before you pay, and I will turn down the payment.

One more thing

You can stop a reading at any point. You can ask me to slow down, repeat myself, or skip something. The reading is for you. That does not change any of the above, it just needed saying.
