Privacy Policy

This is a plain description of what happens to your information when you use this site, book a reading or join the email list. If anything here is unclear, ask me and I will explain it in ordinary words.

Who you are dealing with

Aligned Oracle is a trading name of Inner Calling, LLC, based in New Jersey. Amanda Nafash is the person who reads your email, and privacy questions come to the same address as everything else: use the contact form and choose Something else.

What is collected

Your name and email address when you send a message or join the list. Your booking details when you book a session, including anything you choose to write in the booking form. Payment details go straight to the payment processor and are never held here. Ordinary site analytics about how pages are used, which is counted in aggregate and is not tied to your name.

Why

To answer you, to run a session you booked, to send you the emails you asked for, and to understand which pages are useful. Nothing is collected because it might be handy one day.

Who else sees it

Named, rather than hidden behind the phrase trusted partners. Webflow hosts this site and receives form submissions. Brevo runs the email list and holds your address, your tags, and whether you opened an email. Calendly runs bookings. A payment processor handles payments. An analytics provider receives usage data. Each of these is a company with its own privacy policy, and none of them is given your information for their own marketing.

Your information is never sold. Not to anyone, for any amount.

What is said in a session

What you bring to a reading stays between us. Amanda keeps brief notes so that a second session does not start from nothing, and those notes are hers alone. They are not shared, not published, not used as examples, and not fed into anything. If you would rather no notes were kept at all, say so and none will be.

How long anything is kept

Email list: until you leave it. Booking records: as long as the business is required to keep them. Messages: until they are dealt with and a reasonable while after. Session notes: for as long as you are a client, and removed on request.

What you can ask for

A copy of what is held about you, a correction, or deletion. Unsubscribing is one click in any email and needs no explanation. For anything else, write and it will be done.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are necessary to make it work, and analytics cookies that are only set if you agree to them. The banner on your first visit is where you choose, and you can change your mind at any time using the link in the footer. Refusing analytics does not change anything about how the site behaves for you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
