Terms and Conditions

These are the terms you agree to when you book something here. They are written to be read rather than survived.

Who you are contracting with

Inner Calling, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, trading as Aligned Oracle. Where these terms say I, that is Amanda Nafash on behalf of the company.

Booking and payment

Readings and reading packages are booked and paid for on this site. Packages are paid once, up front, and they have an end. They are not subscriptions and nothing recurs. Everything else, including The Aligned Way, events, workshops and speaking, starts with a conversation rather than a checkout.

Cancelling and rescheduling

Move a reading free with 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours, or if you do not turn up, the reading is treated as delivered and the payment stands. Sessions in The Aligned Way can be moved up to three times across the season, each with 24 hours' notice. The full policy is at alignedoracle.com/booking-policy and it governs if anything here reads differently.

Refunds

If I cancel, you get your money back or a new time, your choice. A reading you have paid for but not yet had is refundable up to 24 hours before, minus the processor's fee. Once a session has happened it is not refundable, because the time was given. Packages are refundable in full before the first reading and not after. Workshop tickets are transferable, not refundable. If you are unsure whether something is right for you, book a conversation first rather than paying for something you are not certain about.

The Aligned Way

Twelve weeks, one to one. It starts with a free conversation, which exists because readiness is the prerequisite rather than a formality. Payment is in full, or by a plan agreed before week one, and it is not refundable once the season starts. If I think it is too soon for you, I will say so before you pay and I will turn the payment down.

Events, workshops and speaking

These run on a separate written agreement covering dates, fees, travel and cancellation. Nothing on this site is that agreement, and nothing here is a quote.

The Community Cup

A contribution to the Community Cup is a gift. Inner Calling, LLC is a limited liability company and not a registered charity, so a contribution is not tax deductible and no receipt for that purpose can be issued. Contributions go toward readings for people who ask for one.

The Soul Led Network

Listing terms are set out separately and are agreed when you apply. A listing is not an endorsement of any individual session, and practitioners listed are independent of Inner Calling, LLC.

What belongs to whom

The writing, images, recordings, the deck and everything else on this site belong to Inner Calling, LLC. Aligned Oracle and The Aligned Way are trademarks of Inner Calling, LLC. You are welcome to quote a sentence with a link. You are not welcome to reproduce, resell or teach from this material.
