I hold a Master of Social Work. I am not a practicing therapist, and nothing on this site, in a session, in an email or in any recording creates a clinical or therapeutic relationship between us. My clinical training is why I can sit with whatever comes up in a reading without flinching. It is not an offer of treatment.

Not advice, of any kind

Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Readings and coaching often touch all four. When a question belongs to a doctor, a therapist, a lawyer or an accountant, it belongs to them, and I will say so.

What a reading actually is

A reading is a conversation with cards in it. I will show you what I see and ask you what you make of it. I am not predicting your future, diagnosing you, or telling you who you are, and I will not, because your intuition trumps anything that comes out of my mouth. No outcome is promised or guaranteed.

The decisions stay yours

You are the one who decides what to do with anything that comes up. That is not a legal escape hatch. It is the first principle of the work, and it is true in both directions: I cannot make a choice for you, and I will not try.

Eighteen and over

Readings, coaching and The Aligned Way are for adults. This applies at events as well as online.

If you are in crisis

I am not an emergency service and I cannot respond quickly enough to be one. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in the United States and need to talk to someone right now, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, which is free and available at any hour. Please use them rather than waiting for a reply from me.
