I read for your guests one at a time, and I set the pace so nobody feels rushed and nobody feels watched. Two ways to price it, and I'll tell you which is cheaper for the guest list you've actually got.

What I need from you: a quiet corner, a table, two chairs, and a rough headcount. Minimum four guests.
